A special conference bus from Wroclaw to Ladek Zdroj will take participants from the Institute of Theoretical Physics of the University of Wroclaw (Pl. Maksa Borna 9, 50-204 Wroclaw) to the conference site, and at the end of the conference a special bus from Ladek Zdroj will take them back to Wroclaw (details will be given later).

The participants will stay at GeoVita hotel, where the school will take place as well.

The registration fee covers accommodation in a single or double room including full board. The hotel offers:
