The goal of this symposium is to bring together experienced and young scientists from various countries working on optics, and to provide a perfect setting for their discussions of the most recent developments in that area.
Persons wishing to participate are kindly requested
to register via the OPTICS-2017 indico website until 14 May, 2017. The number of participants is limited, so prompt submission of application is encouraged.
Registration Fee for participants is 200€.
It will cover symposium materials, tea/coffee/snacks during the symposium, Welcome Party and social programs.
There is no registration fee for SPIE and OSA student chapters members.
Full Registration Fee for participants is 550€.
It covers the same the Registration Fee and in addition hotel accommodation during the period of the symposium (6 nights).
By Plane:
COPERNICUS
AIRPORT WROCLAW
The airport is located west of the city. Taxis are
recommended to reach city, hotel (ul. Jagielly 7,
50-201 Wroclaw), and workshop (pl. Maksa Borna 9,
50-204 Wroclaw) within about 15-30 min depending on
the trafic conditions. They cost approximately 50
PLN (~15 Euro).
By Train: The Central Station "Dworzec Główny PKP" is located
south of the city center. There are several trains
from Berlin/Cracow/Poznań/Warszawa daily. Take
TRAM
0P (stops in front of the main entrance)
direction "
DWORZEC NADODRZE" and leave
at station "
DMOWSKIEGO" (
Wroclaw public
transportation). Ticket automats are located
in each tram, using credit cards.
By Car: Wroclaw is located at the highway A4, which connects
the city to Katowice/Cracow/Opole to the east and
Legnica/Zgorzelec(Germany) to the west.
