This year's VIth workshop of the Polish Community for Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collisions, held in Wrocław, focusses on the physics of the high baryon density region of the QCD phase diagram where mind-boggling discussions of the possible phase structure are going on. New energy scan experiments (low-energy RHIC, NA61-SHINE) shall shed light on this situation while experiments of the third generation are in preparation at FAIR Darmstadt and JINR Dubna.

Colleagues from the NICA-MPD collaboration are invited to report about status and goals of the NICA collider facility and its detector (MPD) under development at JINR Dubna. Otherwise, the main goal of this meeting remains the same: It is an annual review of the (global) Polish activities in the rapidly developing field of Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collisions.
